Before, they’d assign you a load and only call if it was high-value…now they call every day, and will hound you until you answer regardless of whether you’re on your 10 or 34 and sleeping. I’m lucky to get 1000 miles a week, and luckier to see a check over $400. Everything before they were brought out by Knight/Swift was pretty decent…$1500 checks, 2500 weekly miles, always home on time, never any problems with my truck, no dispatchers micromanaging me.
